Payments

We accept payments by PayPal, credit/debit card online (processed by Paypal) or over the phone, bank transfers and cash payments (collections only).

Deliveries

Standard carriage terms (UK only):

Standard carriage charge: £10.49/per single parcel, with 1 working day courier service (UK mainland), excluding: Northern Ireland (NI), Highlands and Islands (please email your postcode if in doubt). Weight limit per parcel - 30kg, in case of exceeding the weight limit - additional charges will apply (additional £10.49/per any extra parcel up to 30kg).

Northern Ireland (NI) + Highlands and Islands - £24.90/per parcel (up to 30kg)

International carriage terms (EU + rest of the world):

EU CUSTOMERS:  please refer to www.jeepchryslerparts.eu to place your order - prices and payments in EUR, no extra import charges.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS: please select from the list the closest to your location ie. Asia (East), Africa (West), Africa (South) etc.

Prices shown are for the maximum weight limit of the single parcel (30kg), we could offer discounts in case if  goods are less than 30kg of weight, in such case please contact us directly (email) and we will amend your invoice.

Please also note that local Custom Duties and/or Taxes will also apply, which are not included in the shipping costs. Best to double-check with your local authorities what are these costs to avoid any disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: for same day dispatch - orders must be placed before 2pm, otherwise we will dispatch your goods on the following working day. Please also make sure the correct delivery option was chosen, failing of that may cause late dispatch.

Collections:

Collections are free of charge, you only pay for goods.

Collection times are Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm.
